Went and hit legs tonight.. didnt go to well. On the third set of front squats my right knee started hurting. Thats the knee i had ACL/MCL and miniscus surgery on. So i had no order of exercises tonight.. but i did stick to my hypertrophy work.

Legs: I'm going to call this workout a marathon!! This was my leg day but as you know I missed the last 3 days so I had to make up for it. Got to the gym 30 mins early so I knew I would have extra time, after legs I looked at the clock and said Fugg it I'm hitting some Shoulders & Tri's as well.. I felt awsome the entire time, I had energy for days just kept going and going. Shirts are starting to get tight and I can see my whole body gettin wider!! late but def in till the end and damn, very detailed and intense log as usual! Some great results so far and yeah with a week left, disrespect those weights! One thing that caught my eye and I have the same probs with too are achy joints and ligaments. OT works very well, forged joint repair works well (I wouldn't get it directly from need2, but amazon and what not) and my fav that I was telling ya about a long time ago, joint force by e-pharm; saved my lower back, hip and shoulders like whoa; that and a buncha OT forged joint and a glucosamine chondroitin liquid formula. Gonna keep an eye on this and for the next week then PCT, beat that ish up and best of luck!

I had it lined up for a cycle I was going to do Pre injury. I know a lot of people who swear by it. Might be worth looking into for an 8 weeks cycle of something pretty suppressive.

Let me start with telling you guy' that the Alpha male has really set in!!!:angryfire: Problem is that work is crazy and when I got home at night I was in a bad mood.. I was a complete Douche bag at home and lost it. Nothing too bad but not me at all, so after that I felt like crap and my head was not right for working out.. I need to focus this energy and keep it for the gym. I apologized to the family and all is good but damn I could have kill someone last night.. Live and learn I guess?

Yeah flexible has all my fav joint supp in 1 easy pill, I too swaer by all the ingredients. Volatile question: How much u using mixed in how much water?? I lift at 9:00 Pm so I need to sleep after my workout..

I usually do 1 scoop in 16oz of water, or 1.5scoops in 20oz of water for an extra kick.

I can feel the size starting to pack on now. Also tried a new PW last night Volatile, I have to say that I liked it alot more than I thought I would..
