Its goin well! Just finished up hittin some chest.. few movements today.. but i did get a new video.

That was my last set of bench. 245x5 decent reps.

Workout was short and sweet.
Flat bench (90 sec rest)
135x12 (wu) 185x8 205x8 225x7 245x5
Flat bench triple drop set (no rest) one set
155x20 135x14 115x10 95x6 total of 50 reps
Incline db press into fly (60 sec rest)
40x9 50x7 60x6
Flat cable fly (45 sec rest)
30x8 30x7 30x7 20x11

That was it. Im feelin strong as an ox! Oh so beastly. You got me something aye? I appreciate that more than youd imagine bro. Youre good people caz!!!!

I usually hit incline first, but its been pretty stagnant weight wise so i figured why not hit flat first? Glad i did lol havent benched that in quite a while.. nice ego boost.

I tend to rotate what I do first. Keeps from stagnation. Week or two of flats then a week or two of declines.

Yea i usually rotate em out.. i rarely do decline though. Ill stay with flat for the next four chest sessions then back to incline.

How was my form lookin gentlemen?

Looks good to me. Make sure you keep those elbows tucked and drive your heels into the ground when you're bringing the bar off your chest.

I'm always trying to better my form on bench, I get sloppy sometimes. You looked good tho

I try to get set and have all the weight displaced on my traps/rhomboids. I forget to drive through my heels sometimes... good point out.

First off congrats on the lift!! Form looked good to me nice and slow and no bounce off your chest. As noted just remember to drive with your tree trunks! LOL How could I not got my little bro a wedding gift come on now !!!

I use to bang the bar off my chest.. all that did was give me a sore sternum lol thanks for the advice fellas! Will remember to drive through dem footz.

I hate declines.

As far as form, looked like you were locking elbows at the top, not too good for the shoulders and keeping a bit of bend will also increase time under tension. I'm not trying to take anything away because that's a damn good lift!

Aside from that, you competed at 140ish over the summer right? That some beast bench press bro.

Hmm, i didnt notice that.. until you pointed it out!!! Lol thanks, my right elbow is givin me a little bit of trouble now too. Ya, i weighed in a little over 130lbs.. sittin at 162-164 now. Long road im traveling lol i want to weigh in around 170lbs again before i compete next october.

I actually set the missouri state powerlifting record for two years before it was beat again (total poundage) it was only push/pull. Benched 215 deaded 445 @148.6lb i loved the atmosphere!
He is a strong little mofo ain't he!!

Pickin heavy things up and setting them back down is fun lol

Full body: the day started with me shoveling 18 inches of snow for like 3 hours! I hit the gym in the afternoon and got a good full body workout. I call it my around the world day 2 exercise 2 sets each full body followed by cardio. Too much to list but I killed it. Also really liking the volatile PW flavor is awesome, energy is mild, and it gives my muscles a burn not pump which is pretty intense!! I'm going to review it in the review section this week and ill link it here.. Here's a shot of the guns!!! Lmao

Guys I forgot to mention that I stepped on the scale today and I'm sitting at 219.5!!! Up 5.5 lbs in two weeks of DMZ, I feel a little bloated but damn I feel swollen :)

8 wks of DMZ after a few wks of the p-bold (be it ever so mild) is a good length of suppression. HCG is def something to consider pinning asap if you can find some. Could be the difference in your ability to get it up for months to come. I know a lot of guys who won't cycle over 6 wks without it; 10+ wks aint no joke for your hpta.

Eh I did 14 wks test e with SD and winny and I'm g2g 110% now after 6 weeks

I know 8 weeks is not the norm, I'm going to take it week by week and see how I feel. My PCT will be no joke as well so I hope for the best but I hear u. I have Tamox, clomid, erase, research AI, forma, anabeta, Daa, endosurge, all on hand just to name a few!! LOL
 
I personally think that if your PCT is spot on and you have your bases covered, an 8 week cycle isn't that big of a deal vs 6 weeks. At some point suppression is suppression.

This is how I feel! 4 weeks of a oral just starts to get good the last week. I've done 6 weeks with the last 3 weeks at a higher dose and felt little to no suppression. So 8 weeks at recommended dose hopefully will be the same
