Chest & Bi's: Alright guy's so it's official I'm on!!! I just felt like a beast last night. The mind/muscel connect that was going on was insane. The weights were just flying around I controlled myself and didn't push too much cause remeber I'm old and don't want to get hurt!! LOL I may have to take a couple of pics this weekend. Saturday is my off day going to take my son to a monster truck show this weekend they only come to NJ once a year so he should love it.. Be well fellas!

Dang bro, STRONG incline bench numbers. I dont care for flat really... i want a thick aye upperchest that my chin rests on :P

Love the feeling of being on, unfortuantely all im feeling is back pumps and ever so slight strength increases.

My side of the log hasnt been all its cracked up to be!!!! ... plus my sd is expired (i know theoretically it doesnt matter) but..

That powderburn pre workout sucked. My elbow hurt pretty baf last night, but being hard headed... i worked out anyways. All of my exercises were rep work though, but even the lighter weight cause some excrutiating pain! Couldnt hit biceps either.. just chest action.

Db incline (90 sec rest)
40x12 50x12 55x12x2
Flat bench (60 sec rest)
135x12 155x12 165x12 continous drop set from 155lb down to 95lb for 40 total reps
Pec deck
90x12x4
Cable fly
30x12x4

Elbow was causing so much discomfort i should of just not lifted.. but i drank that rediculous preworkout and didnt want to "waste" it. Even though it was junk and tasted like fruit punch hotdog water.

So to sum it up
1) crappy pre workout with crappy flavored flavor
2) bummy elbow
3) piss poor workout

Will hit legs tomorrow.. and possibly arms since i missed tricep on back day and bicep with my chest day yestarday. Elbow willing...

You need to get ice on that thing ASAP, and not for 10 mins but like an hour! Put a movie on and just sit there icing it. Also u could pop some Advil Post work and tomorrow 30 mins before the gym. Just some old man pain advice.. Hope it feels better.

Off: just been a very busy weekend. Took my oldest to a monster truck show which he loved, and the Super Bowl is messing everything up today. I got 4 days in which is fine but Monday I will be putting a hurting on my self! Enjoy the game.

Kroger makes a Vanilla CARBmaster non fat reduced sugar, lactose free sugar milk. Anyone use it before? I bought a couple jugs.. 60 cals, 0 fat, 3g sugar 11g protein.

Strong Incline man. Thats one of the exercises that I have missed most with these shoulders.

Have you run Dzine before? Just want to see if you can distinguish the effects pbold is having since I am interested in running it at some point. Keep up the good work.

As for your elbows, A lot of the shirted benchers in my gym (myself included) had struggled with some bad elbow issues. The best the to do is really work out the tightness in your triceps near the tie ins to loosen things up. Before doing any pressing, go do some sets of 30 on some form of tricep extensions/pushdowns to get some blood in the area. Biofreeze applied before and help them warm up a bit quicker as well. Rest and ice are key. Best of luck with that man.

Also, Achilles and Joint Force work wonders for me, especially on elbows

Off: This you will not see happen much.. It's very rare for me to take 3 days off so tonight I will put in some overtime at the gym. I'm getting sick of having my nipples itch on and off all day so P-Bold is out!! I have to say that it did not produce much at all, so the rest of the run will be SDMZ only. I'm one week in and not lifting in 3 days my arms still feel full this is going to be a good week..

As for DMZ this is my first run and 1 week in I can feel that all day pump coming on so it's starting.. I plan on going 8 weeks total if the sides stay low so keep following ..
