I didnt mention this in my original post, but; i do A LOT of foam rolling (this was just recent, noticed effects already) and get adjusted pretty regularly. I roll out every night, every muscle and will focus on the muscle group im working the next day for a couple mins as well.

Also, a majority of my kcals come from fats and brotein, carbs are kept pretty low (150-200g)

Here we go! Tyga and I always follow each others logs and he had the idea of a dual log. We will both push and support each other along the way. I'm going to run P Bold by Andro Factory and IML super DMZ! I have 2 bottles of each and I'm going to stretch this 8-10 weeks. Dosing will look something like this.

My goal is slow and easy lean bulk. I have never ran a bulk since my entire life gaining weight was always a problem. I'm down 14 lbs since last March and feel its time to add some muscle mass.

It's always treated me good takes about one whole bottle to start feeling the effects on the joints but I seem not to get cold as much either pretty good stuff must take it consistently. Plus it's always on sale at NP for a good price Can't beat that

I cringe everytime. Quads kill me, same for my sciatic, cross one leg onto the top of your other, and sit the oppisite buttock on the foam roller... find that pocket and tenderness.. then, boom tear up lol hurts me bad
I tried it the other day dude I'm not man enough! Lol
Its something to get use to i can tell ya that lol
 
Thought I'd share my new post workout shake. It has 40 grams protein and tastes unreal.

1 scoop protein, 1 chobani vanilla non fat yogurt
6 frozen strawberries, 4 oz water, 4 oz skim milk
