I got all three but have tried grape and unflavored in my post workout shake. I am taking 2 scoops am, pre-workout, during and post..

My only complaint is that the stuff is so damn fine that every time i open it i have to hunt for the scoop because it's sunk bank into the powder!

Oh well i think i have one more now 
For some reason since switching to MBCAA i seem to be more 'greasy' if that makes sense. To combat an increase in spots i'm having to shower several times a day.
Is that normal?
