BCAA/EAA on non workout days

How do you take these on non workout days ive been doing the EAA in the morning and BCAA before bed on non workout days
you're wasting them. Take 2-3 hrs between meals and you could use an eaa/bcaa blend pre/intra. Are you cutting? Getting enough protein?
 
If you're having meals 4-6 hours apart, BCAAs are beneficial, but if it is a constant eating schedule you have to adhere to on non workout days, I would just buy bulk leucine.
 
BCAA's would only benefit you for fasted AM Training dosed pre-workout or as a bolus between meals 4-6 hours apart

I take 10gms immediately upon waking on both training and non training days.
 
Unless you are just drinking it for the taste, I don't see a reason you need them on off days. If your meals are complete and you are hitting your daily protein/caloric goals, just save them for training days.
