If you're having meals 4-6 hours apart, BCAAs are beneficial, but if it is a constant eating schedule you have to adhere to on non workout days, I would just buy bulk leucine.
Unless you are just drinking it for the taste, I don't see a reason you need them on off days. If your meals are complete and you are hitting your daily protein/caloric goals, just save them for training days.
