What's up y'all, so I just bought The modern BCAA amino acid a week ago and I'm likin it so far. I was just wondering what the best dosage would be for workout and none workout days
 
2 scoops immediately post workout followed by your post workout meal would be good.

I personally use 2 scoops intra mixed with Gatorade powder.
 
BCAA intra are the wtg,I also fill my water jug and sip on them through the day!
 
it depends what your diet and w/o schedule look like imo. for me, I work out fasted in the morning, so I have a scoop pre w/o and one intra, then a whey shake right after and that works best for me!

I get about 4-6.5g leucine preworkout via protocol. I'd suggest you use 1-2 servings of your bcaa prior to exercise.
