I want to give a huge thanks to all the wonderful people at Controlled labs for giving me the opportunity to log the new Blue Sugar GDA. This GDA is very intriguing to me, because of the Ingredients that it has in it.
It has Banaba Leaf at 1.5 Grams, very potent ingredient that I have used on it's own and loved it
Berberine at a 500mg dose, I have not used berberine as a standalone but that dose in this formula makes me very curious
Has Agmatine at 250mg and Cinnulin PF at a good Dose of 200mg,
This product makes me excited to see how my body responds to it with all those potent ingredients in one formula.
A little about myself I am currently on a mini diet, to get into a leaner stage for my long "offseason" to put on mass. I will be using the Blue Sugar with my largest carb meal (last meal) as well as using it on my free meals, when I have them. I am not hardcore dieting, just lowering calories and would love to see how this works out in my favor.
Current Weight is around 181-184 depending on the amount of sleep I get. Cardio is light walking or basketball 2x3 times per week. Working out is instinctive at this time as I have some body parts that recover a lot faster than others, so I am just playing it by ear 5x6 times per week
All variables will be consistent, as best as I can during this run. I can split up doses if need be, but I feel it will work best if all 4 caps are taken at once, usually before my last meal, or my pre workout meal on the weekends
