Well, looks like I missed getting subd to a 3-AD log, looking forward to seeing your results, please be as detailed as possible, your first page looks good and thorough, almost as good as one of mine :D and I hope the rest of the log will be as detailed.

Essentially, Matthew76's actions (bribing a tester and releasing the ingredients of 3-ad PUBLICALLY on bb.com) here has caused us to black list every single tester for 3-AD from ever testing with AX in the future. He knows who broke their NDA and unfortunately, a really great group of guys are going to get shafted because Matty and this one tester decided to screw everyone over. The only way this can be revoked is if that individual's name is disclosed.

To everyone who is testing 3-AD, I sincerely apologize for having to take this route. All of you, except for one, are a great group of guys whom we hand selected to test 3-AD.
 
That's just fk'in great! It's sad that one ******* had to screw it up for everyone else! Even though I may never test another product for AX (because of some Douche Bag), I'll still continue to use there products! I've got nothing but love for you guys!

Tomorrow will be day 1!
 
Added some workout numbers at the bottom of first post! All from 4 week Mass FX MS. Will use these numbers as a baseline.

Nothing to crazy today. Started of with a little warm up and getting the wife involved.

*If you look at the workouts that I have planned, today was suppose to be an off day, but since it's the first day on.. had to make a little change*

First day, didn't notice to much if anything! Just took it a little lite today. You'll notice that I'll use both machine and free weights in my workouts. Worked out at home tonight and just enough to get the blood flowing.

Diet was perfect for the past two days! Supplements fell in place with the diet1 (please see first post)

Adam told me about this sh!t, that sucks mace, hopefully you can prevent this in the future. Live and learn i guess, crappy but true.

So far, I mean this is day 2 right..... P.R.'s. Well I wonder if it's the 100% GRPJuice and Virgin Olive Oil cocktails that I've been drinking. Either way, I really can't tell anything (a certain feeling or something - not there yet!).

Very weak night for the legs and chest. Still happy with the numbers, but I know I can do better.

Diet was on point until some jackass put these Malt Ball Easter Candy in front of me. Had about 6, so that's why I guess I pushed a little harder tonight.

Heading out of town and may have a couple OFF days, but don't worry... gives the body time to repair and come back for more DAMAGE!

Side note: major sweat, and I really never sweat to the point that my clothes look like I jump'd in a pool.

Day 3 (03-27-08)

OFF Day. Diet was on point!

Currently in Chicago till Sunday and don't have access to a gym. Maybe a couple days of push-ups and abs.

Agression/short temper & oily face/hair. That's about it so far, besides the sweating.
(maybe I just need a cold shower)

looking good joe! Make sure you hit it as hard as you can while there. go to absolute failure a few times on those pushups and sit-ups.

~Cals 520, 43g protein, 86g carbs, 2g fat
Supplements: Muilti-Vitamin

Meal 2 – 9:30 am

1/4 Cup of Almonds
~Cals 450, 36g protein, 29g carbs, 23g fat
Supplements: 2 x 3-AD, Omega 3 Fish Oil (8oz of Grapefruit Juice)

Meal 3 - 12:00 (Lunch)
Chicken Breast
½ Cup of Brown Rice (changed was ¾ cup)
1 cup green veggies
xx½ to 1 serving of Olive oil (Dropped the oil)
1 Applesauce Pancake (add as treat)
