My IQ was instantly lowered by 5 points.

I've never seen any research citing an increase in calorie burning. Much less at 5 mg's.

You workout your muscles need to recover from the demands of the workout. Then to protect themselfs incase of another stress placed on them from another workout they need time to over componsate. Once a muscle over componstates it does not become weaker right away time must pass first. I have found though keeping charts it would be foolish to work a muscle by wieght training more then once every 29 days. Same principal applies to getting a tan. High intensity sunlight once
every 29 days is all that is needed to produce a tan. The body produces a tan to protect its self.

Im 19 which i dont think is too young at all but i heard that you shouldnt start thinking about working out until you're 16. This is because your body is still growing and developing. I know that all gyms i know of (in England) wont allow people under 16s to use their lifting equipment, just cardio.

I know of one person who had to have multiple operations as he had muscles growing in weird places, this is because he lifted weights when about 13 and when he hit the later stages of puberty, his body gave him some more muscle, as what happens in all men.

Im not ranting here, i was just surprised to see a child as young as 10 talking about weight training, o well, each to his own.

now here's my problem.i started workin out last year also.and there was no change in my biceps but at that time i didnt bother bout proteins much and used to hav jus 2 egg whites/day.now i need help on how many egg whites to take / day.and also if protein shakes are of any use OR IF PROTEIN BARS BY NATURE VALLEY ARE USEFUL.one more thing i'm not lookin to build my arms to get into an event or sumthin.i jus wanna have "good toned up medium sized " arms cause i wanna try for modellin?thnx for da help"

Hey i am a big advicate of the good diet and exercise is 90% of the battle. And right now i am easily packing on 1-2 pounds a week. So in no was was this intended for me. BUT i did post this becuase my lazy ass brother (23 years old) is concidering steroids and i was trying to find him a "safer" alternitive. i was just wondering if this was worth his time/money?

Superdrol and your weekend drinker
Well I have been trying to read up on this for a while and some people have gotten some good results and some not. But I still want to check it out for myself. I only have one concer. I understand that superdrol could be a little bit toxic on your liver. If i read correctly. My concer is that I like to drink on the weekends. Maybe 12 beers or so the entire weekend. I have cut down from my 24 to 36 beers. I was just wondering if 12 would be to much while on superdrol. I also understand that alcohol is bad for your gains anyways, but more interested in my liver Invalid Link Removed . Thanks big time!

This hobby has provided many opportunities for me to learn how to get my 3 yr old to eat more protein. My boy is carb crazy and just wants to eat cherrios and pizza and M&Ms. I started putting a scoop of whey in his cherrios and he doesn't even notice, but he eats the whole bowl. He is also getting addicted to the Stalone chocolate pudding. Now if I could just manage to swap out the Snickers minis for Detour bars, we'd be set.
 
Heard this from a personal trainer at my gym last Thursday. Working out 2 mildly obese women on the Pec Dec Machine (all wrong I might add). Goes "Yah if you don't workout then your fat turns rock hard and then its really hard to lose". So I busted out laughing and turned and go, yah I haven't worked out in over 6 years, see how hard my body is? The girls laughed as did I, and then i walked away leaving the trainer to look like a fool.

As funny as that is, that's still a bold move considering that many of those trainers have major superiority complexes and they could have had you banned from the gym.

I took it on empty stomach, First, there was a tingling sensastion through my body, then i had my fingers being held in my other hand in a grip, and i could feel like the pusle in my fingers, like it was like a heart beat. My heart was beating faster and some times I thought my vision was changing a lil, it was all find. Is this what they mean by jittery????I never was shaking though or anything

Gee I wonder if I could bottle my wife's breast milk and sell it as anabolic milk on bodybuilding.com ? Do you think I would have any will testers to do a log and give me feed back? I might could get rich off this idea hmmmmmm:)

Think bottling it would ruin the experience. You can't make a better container than it already comes in.

Superdrol/M1T/Max LMG/4-AD/Methyl Jacked Stack info
I am taking the following stack for about 6 weeks and have gained about 25 lbs. Yeah I know very nice, but I am having a few problems. Please dont ask me to use the search button because I have. I reasearched this cycle very carefully before I. I wanted to go big and I did.

Cycle:

SD 30mg a day
M1T 40mg a day
4-AD 900mg a day
Max LMG 75mg a day
Methyl Jacked 40 mg a day

Problems:

1. Balls have been hurting for about 2 weeks.
2. Lower right back pain for about 3 weeks.
3. I can only sleep like 4 hours a night for the last week or so.
4. My temper is off the hook. I punched my car today.
5. The left side of my body is a bit red.
6. My shouldes are broke out like a mother.
7. My teeth have been hurting for the last week.

Do you think I should go see a doctor or just stop my 9 week cycle early? Do you think I should add in Ergomax or prostanz for the final 2 weeks? What should I take for PCT?
