I will never ever cut, unless im on a strong steroid, a primary one like dbol, thats highly anabolic and androgenic, but run at a lowish dose, less calories and your body becomes more sensitive to androgens, plus a secondry steroid, like Hdrol, mixed in with caffeine, green tea, and then after the cycle throw in some clen.
Keep your protein intake high, use amino bcaas all day, and fish oils, train heavy with less reps, and dont train before you eat like first thing in the morn, your body is so catabolic then, and full of cortisol. Start each day with a good breakfast, your next meal should be smaller, and your final main meal very small, dont eat anything other than protein after 6pm and eat every 2 hours, snack on an apple=47 cals, or a bannana=100 cals, i know this works, ive trained about 75 overweight people to loose fat, and 3 fitness competitors, im not saying this to make you think oh wow, but just too show it works, the fitness competitors used the dbol and hdrol very effectivley, cutting bodyfat drasticaly and gaining lbm.
