DAY 20: BACK
Tonight's session was the worst so far. I still had a great workout, but im getting pretty fvckin sick of the people at my gym. NOBODY knows what gym etiquette is. I had my weights/machines jacked multiple times, lol. I'd be doing seated cabe rows, get up and take a drink, wipe off some sweat, etc, then i'd be walking back to it and some idiot would sit down and start rowing. I was like "wtf!?" I'm a nice dude, so I didn't say anything. Plus the guy or girl (b/c it happened more than once) would use like 50lbs LMFAO. I just thought "eh, they need to be lifting more than i do." So i'd politely wait til they were done and do another set. Aside from this, i was doing deads and this dude came over after i finished a set and i sh!t you not, he just picked up the bb i was using with my weight on it and started doing deads! He didn't ask or say anything, just walked up and did it. This time I SAID "what the fvck bro!?" He's like "oh, sorry man, i just wanted to see if i could lift as much as you did." Then he gave me a dirty look and walked away, lol. I hate dumb people. Ok, now that I got that off my chest, lol. I started off with stretches and some wiiiiide grip pull ups to warm up. I went to bent over one arm db rows and increased my weight to 80lbs. Normally I do 75. I still pumped out 6 reps and felt pretty good too. I did this for 3 sets. Afterward, I did deads at my usual weight of 325 for 6 reps and 3 sets. I'm a bit scared to increase my weight on these because I tried to lift too much in the past, which is why I haven't done these in quite some time. I THOUGHT I injured myself bad, but I just pulled a muscle in my back. It still hurt like a b!tch for weeks though. Maybe i'll up the weight next time after I stop being a puss, lol. After deads, i did wide grip lat pulldowns at 140x6 for 3 sets. This is another increase from before I started the cycle. I then switched to underhand close grip pulldowns and did 145x6 for 3 sets. Tonight was pretty good session, other than the bullspit that occurred. LMAO. I felt strong andmassive the whole time. I am visibly fuller and bigger looking than I was a couple weeks ago. The phera is DEF starting to really do its thang fo sho! Vascularity is still good and i only get bloated when i chow down massive carbs. I've been trying to cut back to combat this. I seriously feel pregnant when I eat lots of carbs on phera, lol. It's almost a painful kind of bloat. I still say phera is NOT wet and it's NOT estro related, because like i said, it only occurs when I eat lots of carbs. DMT does not aromatize, and that is what phera is, so......... I am still not experiencing any nip issues or any other negative sides besides the acne and bacne. No back pumps yet either, which is awesome!
