Nah, no numbers. I started talking to em, then these 2 mexican dudes came in and walked over to us. The girls were mexican also btw. Sorry, I mean hispanic, for anyone offended by me calling them mexican, lol. The dudes were eyeing me and I said fvck it, told the girs i'd see em later, then left, lol. I'm assuming they were their bf's. I've noticed lately though, that mexican women DO like white boys :)
 
Hot chics in the gym is why managing a gym was my all time favorite job. You should of seen some of the ones I used to train...I had to "pretend" to watch their form when they did their sets in order to avoid constant wood! Now all I work with are violent, criminally insane & sexually deviant men...WTF happened!!!

What about weight? Have you gained any this wk? I only gained 1lbs this wk...pathetic. What's even more pathetic is that I changed it in my profile. lol I think I need to dirty up my bulk a little. Eating too clean is a habit that is hard to break. Bring on the pizza!!! You may need to do the same if you have a new woman to make sure you get enough calories. Which leads me to another story...This other nympho I was dating that I only saw on weekends was like a sexual marathon runner. I swear to god we would be Friday to Monday in the sack by which time I would be so sore it looked like my privates had been in an accident. Anyway I would keep beer & jelly filled donuts under the bed. I would consume approx 2 dozen donuts a day to help keep my calories up. When I would return to the gym after the weekend everyone would ask what my diet was because I was getting so ripped. I would tell them donuts & beer but they would never believe me. lol Anyone wondering what the alcohol was for? I'm sure you all know that too much alcohol can result in a night of pushing rope but in the popper amounts it can turn you into a porn star so you can preform like the energizer bunny. If you're in your early 20's and you're dating a girl who is insanely multi orgasmic you will appreciate this little tip.:thumbsup:

I went for at least 2 hours. I was like "whoa! this is awesome!" LMAO. As far as weight gain, no I haven't gained anymore weight this week. I'm still at 185. I actually ate at mcdonald's today and bought some cookie dough and ate a bunch, lol. Today was def a cheat day fo sho!

Eat more steak, gobble down some peanut-butter, drink more whey protein.... JK!! Do what you want, but you know diet is probably 75-85% of the whole weight-training equation. I used to train even harder than I do now (like 10 years ago) but my diet was crap. And I looked like crap also. And felt like crap. I'm really just now, over the past 6-8 months, starting to really eat right. I've lost about 20 pounds of fat during this time. Makes a huge difference!!:study:

There's nothing wrong with that chrome shoulder press machine dude. I've seen Markus Rulh use one like it. If you get to where the weight stack isn't enough for you, then do what I do and put small dumbells on top of the stack or you can put a plate on the pin selector and put it through.

I start the bridge week on the 11th. I can't wait!!! I'm not sure about the e-form though bro. I only bought it to control estro and bloating during the phera portion of the cycle. However, I am really not experiencing any problems in that area, so I wasn't planning on using it. I was thinking of using it as my AI during PCT, but many delayed gyno reports i've read, included an AI in PCT. So, I am thinking about just running the tamox along side DTH(natty t booster) and ramping up the DTH inversely to the serm to keep estro in check. Then i plan to run the DTH for a month after PCT and lower the dose back down to be sure no rebound occurs. Dr.D told me this would be a great idea. SERMS are just that, SELECTIVE. They do not do a good job at lowering serum levels of estro. They only prevent it from binding to receptors in breast tissue. DTH has had great reviews and i'm afraid of running something as "potent" as form, due to the gyno issues i've seen. Plus the DTH would keep my libido pretty damn high :)
 
DAY 20: BACK

Tonight's session was the worst so far. I still had a great workout, but im getting pretty fvckin sick of the people at my gym. NOBODY knows what gym etiquette is. I had my weights/machines jacked multiple times, lol. I'd be doing seated cabe rows, get up and take a drink, wipe off some sweat, etc, then i'd be walking back to it and some idiot would sit down and start rowing. I was like "wtf!?" I'm a nice dude, so I didn't say anything. Plus the guy or girl (b/c it happened more than once) would use like 50lbs LMFAO. I just thought "eh, they need to be lifting more than i do." So i'd politely wait til they were done and do another set. Aside from this, i was doing deads and this dude came over after i finished a set and i sh!t you not, he just picked up the bb i was using with my weight on it and started doing deads! He didn't ask or say anything, just walked up and did it. This time I SAID "what the fvck bro!?" He's like "oh, sorry man, i just wanted to see if i could lift as much as you did." Then he gave me a dirty look and walked away, lol. I hate dumb people. Ok, now that I got that off my chest, lol. I started off with stretches and some wiiiiide grip pull ups to warm up. I went to bent over one arm db rows and increased my weight to 80lbs. Normally I do 75. I still pumped out 6 reps and felt pretty good too. I did this for 3 sets. Afterward, I did deads at my usual weight of 325 for 6 reps and 3 sets. I'm a bit scared to increase my weight on these because I tried to lift too much in the past, which is why I haven't done these in quite some time. I THOUGHT I injured myself bad, but I just pulled a muscle in my back. It still hurt like a b!tch for weeks though. Maybe i'll up the weight next time after I stop being a puss, lol. After deads, i did wide grip lat pulldowns at 140x6 for 3 sets. This is another increase from before I started the cycle. I then switched to underhand close grip pulldowns and did 145x6 for 3 sets. Tonight was pretty good session, other than the bullspit that occurred. LMAO. I felt strong andmassive the whole time. I am visibly fuller and bigger looking than I was a couple weeks ago. The phera is DEF starting to really do its thang fo sho! Vascularity is still good and i only get bloated when i chow down massive carbs. I've been trying to cut back to combat this. I seriously feel pregnant when I eat lots of carbs on phera, lol. It's almost a painful kind of bloat. I still say phera is NOT wet and it's NOT estro related, because like i said, it only occurs when I eat lots of carbs. DMT does not aromatize, and that is what phera is, so......... I am still not experiencing any nip issues or any other negative sides besides the acne and bacne. No back pumps yet either, which is awesome!

Since you're still concerned with "delayed gyno" (and you should be) I'd recommend using that e-form AFTER PCT!! You said you were going to use DTH for a month past PCT, so during this month I would advise using the e-form to catch any delayed estro-rebound that might occur. Just another opinion from Thunder!!:hammer:

Well some people believe that the further suppression of estrogen is what causes the daleyed gyno.Since superdrol already supresses estrogen.All the while it's trying to catch back up but never has a chance.Then once you quit it finally has a chance.Like an 18 yr old going wild.Just an opinion though,not fact.I'm going to use nolva and drive after m-drol.
 
DAY 21: CHEST

Today begins week 3. One more week until the BRIDGE!!! :bruce2: Today's sesion was once again, not as good as i'd liked it to be. I REALLY need to stop getting distracted!! Those same 2 hispanic chicas were at the gym this morning. I was in the weight room and once again they came in, started doing pull ups/hanging leg raises, and chatting it up in spanish. I couldn't help but watch and say hola senoritas :) The good thing is, this time no dudes came in to break it up. So, we talked for a while and I got their numbers. We're hitting up a local movie theater friday night. It should be fun fo sho! I just have this thing for hispanic women and their accents. They're cute as hell. The good thing for me is these 2 speak both spanish AND english. Ok, enough with the bullshiite, time to get down to business! LOL. I started with some stretches and light warm up sets of flat bb bench. I then started my working sets of 260x6. After my first set, i hit 8 reps and said fkuck it, i'm adding weight. So i added 10lbs and repped that for 2 more sets. Afterward I went to incline db bench at 80lbsx6 for 3 sets. Again, I wanted to add weight, but i'm trying not to mess up my shoulders, so i didn't. I then went over to the smith machine and did decline benches at 215x6 for 3 sets. I finished my session off with 3 sets of cable crossovers at 80x6. I felt damn strong again, but like I said before, I was distracted and wasn't very focused. This actually pissed me off eventhough I got the girls' numbers. I go to the gym to train and give it 110% hardcore! NOT to socialize, drink coffee, and eat bon-bons! I did today what I always make fun of other people for doing. Most of them are old and use the gym as a social event. I can't stand this. Oh well, i'll be chillin with sexy a$$ chicas tomorrow night because of it, so I suppose it's alright. My next session WILL BE FOCUSED AND ALL OUT THOUGH!!!!! :head:


EDIT: I will not use the eform during or after PCT. It is too strong of an AI IMO and I refuse to get delayed gyno. FKCUK YOU GYNO!!

Sounds great Bassgod!! 7 pounds is kewl!! I see you putting on about 15 pounds after this whole journey and probably keeping at least about 10 pounds of it after PCT. He's 187 now, got another week of Phera @30 mg. per day. Then a bridge week with Phera@20 mg. and Superdrol@10 mg. per day. Then 2 weeks of superdrol@20 mg. per day. I can easily see him cracking 200 lbs.!! Bassgod ROOLZ!!:head:

well no, not EVERYDAY. The EC IS everyday, but the clen/napalm i stopped after a week or so of use earlier in the cycle, due the the water rtention it causes. I stopped for about a week and added it back in. However, some days i'll use it twice, others i will only use it once. It varies.

When I was weighing myself at night,I would leave the computer on incase I had to change it.I don't mind it at all.I just get pissed when I don't get to change it! :lol: It also kind of sucks cause I have been up to 180(morning wt)before.More fat at the time,but still.

yea bro, check out the avant labs forum. i think there's something in there about this. napalm is not like lipo y and the like. they actually have dieuretic effects. the napalm does its thang and makes you retain a bit of water in the areas where it is aplied. then after cessation of the product, the water goes away and the results really show thru. I believe the water retention is caused by the Y-HCL in it. It isn't severe by any means, but the combo of that and phera just seemed like too much to me. I added it back into the mix, but am cutting back on carbs to help with the bloat from phera. Superdrol will really help me dry out too :)

I have a weekend of big eating ahead of me and I just discovered where they sell Big Macs that they fly in, 2 in the fridge for my pwo meal. I once gained 11lbs in 3 days when I was sick thanks to Mickey D's.lol Like bassgod I haven't had MacDonalds in 2 yrs but not by choice cause it cost 1k to fly anywhere that sells the sh!t. Damn allergies, can't breath and have to hit legs in 30 min. Bring on the ephedrine...

Yeah man I love the ****. I've got a couple bottles of RPM & a couple bottles of Ready4War & they fail miserably in comparison & no I'm not stimmed out, very limited use the past few years. Maybe if I double dose and take them rectally I will get something from them. Problem is I'm extremely homophobic (Fvck you Father Kelly) so I'll need to get my wife to insert them in my sleep. lol (no homo) lol On a side note CL's White Flood has been good to me.
