Basic Bloodwork Panel Help

Any recommendations for online doctors/specialists to review a metabolic panel and point me in the right direction if you guys can’t.

First one I have ever done and I have some concerns. Or should I just go local medical clinic? Just feel like going to a specialist would be better. We just have a small medical clinic (town of 3700 people). I am 41.

I have high triglycerides (224) (the range is 25-150)

Low HDL (33) (the range is 40-60)

High GFR (CKD-EPI) BSA Adjusted (148) (range is 60-130)

High ALT (43) (range is 4-33)

high BUN/Creatinine (24.7) (range is 10-20)

Glucose is at 98 and 99 is the top range.

Frustrating because this is the lowest weight I have been in 4-5 years, just not a lot of lifting due to tennis elbow. Been eating pretty good too except for past 2 weeks due to vacations but maintaining my weight. Not drinking and getting quite a bit of water and electrolytes.

Any steroids / prohormones in play or this is just natural results but impacted by such? I'd honestly just see a doctor. The high GFR is usually a good thing , just means your kidneys are filtering really well. That said if your glucose has been trending up it can also be present in prediabetes. With a BUN / creatinine ratio of 24.7 the doctor will look to your diet and hydration. If you eat high protein it's drives that up , same if dehydrated. Was your absolute creatinine good? ALT can be high for you to 5 days after heavy lifting. I'd take a break and retest. You are missing a,lot of other cholesterol data to comment very well on your slightly low HDL. I used to have high triglycerides but they have normalized with significant weight loss. Overall like I said your best to see a Dr who can consider the whole picture

You run any cycles recently or is this just a normal natural reading. What are the variables if any, he pretty much covered everything in the post above so I'm just piggybacking off of him.

Was your bloods/glucose taken fasted?

Big question here is were you fasting when the sample was taken. You should have been on at least an 8 hour fast. The numbers will be skewed if not. It's worth testing again while fasting. if the numbers are around the same it would be worth talking to a doc

Weird I didn’t get notifications on this.

I am on 1mg Reta, BPC 157, TB 500, gut health, vitamin C, fish oil, 5-10g creatine mono. I haven’t lifted in 2 months due to tennis elbow.

With school starting this week, I would say I didn’t drink enough water during the day. I was 12 hours fasted.

Yes mostly high protein. The night before I had a Ribeye around 6 and peanuts with shells for a snack around 8:00, Blood pulled at 8:30.

My Creatinine was in the normal ranges.

After talking with a few nurses, they said that they do not like Avera recommended charting and recommended going to this other small clinic. One nurse said they have zero issues giving TRT to patients as she know with her husband. So I found my new doctor haha.

Hope I answered all your questions.

I think I answered your questions in previous post.

Yes. I actually went in the afternoon before and a nurse I knew overheard me and told me to come back fasted. So that was nice.

I plan on doing more bloodwork in a month but gonna start taking a SNS kidney and liver supplement, increase my water intake, start lifting again if my elbow can handle it, watch my snacking, morning cardio, and will be off BPC in a week.

I also think I may OMAD. I OMAD the past two days pretty easy with school and 1mg Reta. Will be done with Reta in 5 weeks as my vial will be out then.
