Any recommendations for online doctors/specialists to review a metabolic panel and point me in the right direction if you guys can’t.
First one I have ever done and I have some concerns. Or should I just go local medical clinic? Just feel like going to a specialist would be better. We just have a small medical clinic (town of 3700 people). I am 41.
I have high triglycerides (224) (the range is 25-150)
Low HDL (33) (the range is 40-60)
High GFR (CKD-EPI) BSA Adjusted (148) (range is 60-130)
High ALT (43) (range is 4-33)
high BUN/Creatinine (24.7) (range is 10-20)
Glucose is at 98 and 99 is the top range.
Frustrating because this is the lowest weight I have been in 4-5 years, just not a lot of lifting due to tennis elbow. Been eating pretty good too except for past 2 weeks due to vacations but maintaining my weight. Not drinking and getting quite a bit of water and electrolytes.
