I am going to begin adding these into my routine. I have read a few explanations of form and what not but wanted to get any tips from the peeps here at AM if they have them.

I know a few years ago I tried these a couple times but didnt feel good form wise. So basically I am just looking for any tips or variations you guys/gals use to make these more effective.
