I did get them as well. I was just referring to the lipid panel in this page because I felt it was relevant to cardarine. My AST value was elevated.

By how much? Where you taking any liver support?

It was at 68iu/L normal range is 10-40 so I definitely need to let it recover. My multivitamin has a liver support blend in it but other than that I wasn't taking anything.

Yeah, get some TUDCA & NAC maybe even some SAM-e if you can swing it. That or just pick up some LGI Damage Control has all of that in it for $29.99.
Your SERMS are liver toxic too so you need something with it if you are already at high levels.

Yep, going home this weekend to see my family, one of my close friends works at the local supp store and he gives me discounts ;) gonna pick something up while I'm there. I like the sound of that damage control! I'll have to see if he has that or something similar.
 
Just ordered damage control on Amazon. Also finally reupping on taurine to combat my lovely lovely back pumps
 
Just a little update on how I'm looking. Only a day or two of cardarine left. Would be nice to continue running it throughout PCT, but alas my wallet says I can't.

I probably started lower than you though, so your progress definitely seems to beat mine out.

Yeah no kidding! I had my doubts about the post-ban round of anabolic supplements and products that weren't for the average lifter, but these logs have definitely opened my eyes to otherwise.
