I've been away away for a bit and got some catching up to do. How long in total are you running it for and have you noticed any sides at all besides the acne? I forgot, you're running ace right?

It's looking like 8 weeks total instead of 6. You're right, I'm running ace. No sides other than the acne, and my irritability has actually decreased. Aggression is still there when I need it. Libido is still up, maybe not the highest it's been on this cycle but still high.

Not to mention has been playing the same damn song for the last 3 hours and I can hear it through his headphones. He doesn't pause it when he goes to smoke either, just leaves it sitting on the f*cking table so I can sit there and listen to it over and over again.

It was actually Eminem, and I like Em, but not when it's the same song for 3 hours straight I'm not very confrontational most of the time lol, unless I'm in beast mode at the gym, the tren is pumping, or I'm drunk ahaha

Hahaha I ended up leaving and finishing the report at my gf's apartment. Left early to go print and submit this morning. Finished way earlier than I expected so I'm just sitting at the campus library waiting for class.
Got all my gym stuff in my backpack and gonna go hit a pre-birthday celebratory arm workout before work. Got 8 hours of chillin at the gym ahead of me haha, I love working at a gym! Then I get to come home and get ready to go have a drink at midnight ;)

Alright so I missed my tren dose yesterday, but I think I'm just going to drop it a week early (so back to my original plan) and save the extra week for my next go around. Bumping the winny up to 100mg today. I have about 2mL (400mg) left of my current test vial and actually about 8.5mL (300mg/mL) of another vial to play with.
Need to do another test pin today, but I'm not sure how much to do now... Thoughts?
 
Anyone have suggestions on where to go on test dosage from here? Maybe just ramp up? 400 this week, then 600 for 4 weeks before I go into PCT?
 
**** haha think I changed my mind on the tren, may actually increase dosage for this last week and do 700 tren / 400 test, then bump the test to 600 as the tren drops and I leave for spring break.

I need to try reverse grip bench, I don't know if my joints will allow it though lol

Freaking kills my upper chest, I get a great contraction throughout all parts of my pecs though. Fantastic for triceps too. I can lift 135 off the rack but anything above that I have to set down on my chest and then reverse my grip. It's actually not too hard on the joints

My upper chest is definitely lacking, so it's what I need.

I just tried it without a bar and it seemed okay on my wrists, I'll try it in my next chest day for sure.

In terms of increasing your dosages, its going to depend on how you PCT.

If your going to drop down to TRT dosages of test (which I recommend) and add in initial peptides to compensate, you'll maintain all your tissue and much of your nitrogen and water retention.

Would be a lot easier to self spot and get into position. I workout alone so anything to improve safety so the wife doesn't find me pinned under a bar is always good .
Besides I could be under the bar for a few days before she notices me missing! Heck she may just leave me there! Lol

I need to try this, too. I've been doing reverse position push ups and I really like them.

More GHRHs and GHRPs. The combination when done properly provides a synergistic effect and makes it seem like your still on cycle from a physique and performance aspect with some fat loss (depending)

Ahh I gotcha. I have a few vials of ipamorelin and I'm about halfway through a trial run of CJC 1295 DAC, but I don't think I'm going to get more because of the conflicting opinions on the safety of GH bleed. I'll probably try Mod GRF 1-29 next instead, and IGF DES has always intrigued me except for the price.
I'll also be on MK 677 for a long time so that's going to be a continual part of the equation. My GW-501516 will probably last through PCT as well.

So since I'm not cruising after this cycle, you think I should just run 600 test for about 4 weeks before I come off? Or should I just come off entirely when I drop the tren?

I would drop the tren (since its ace right?) and have those final 4 weeks of a higher test to allow you to slowly come off AAS. It will just be easier on your body and long term will be healthier and allow you to keep your growth. Not to mention the hormonal difference it will have if you dropped everything at once.

Okay, so I'll run the tren the rest of this week, and then 4 weeks of test only. I may keep the winstrol going during that time as well.
