That's why I started pinning them :) I have narrow clavicles and I read recently about site enhancement from pinning, so I obviously had to start putting some oil into those puppies! Thanks man. I really wanna achieve that capped delts look.

I think it's with any gear, the inflammation from introducing oil into the muscle eventually ends up making that muscle grow faster or something like that. BeastFitness knows more

In theory, the inflammation caused from any injectable SHOULD cause hypertrophy simply due to the nature of damage of those tissues (much like many of the synthol products but in a different way and on a lower scale.)

On the other hand, the anecdotal evidence doesn't always support that. Look at some people that pin their quad sweeps like crazy and yet there sweeps and leg development in general, is lacking.

I am of the camp that thinks it causes SOME localized hypertrophy benefits BUT not to the degree that people think. IF your looking for localized injection benefits you need to look into a synthol type of oil

Kept it rather short and sweet, I'm not a fan of being alive and moving at 8am on a Saturday. Wasn't feeling 100% so I did the best I could.

Not a problem bro! Its an interesting subject

that sounds about right, I just seen him mention that so figured id check, never been one for wanting to do the synthol treatments but I figured if it kinda came natural with regular oils that's cool, I kind of think it I did notice a little bit here and there last time pinning, that's cool though, very much appreciate it!
 
I weighed in at 224 post workout today this is with only fluids in me, no food. HYFR!!! Give me another week and I'll be the heaviest I've ever been!

Pretty awesome man. I feel like my body is recomping right before my eyes. Can't wait to see what happens after I increase the dosage!
The irritability is real, though. Like I don't feel like I'm irritable, but then when I stop myself and think about the way I've been talking, I can see how I would come off as irritable. If that makes sense.

It's a long story but to put it in one sentence; my girlfriend tells me I have anger problems, but mine are nothing compared to her own. I'd swear I'm dating a juicehead.

Lol! Not exactly... I just told her that she tells me I'm always angry, but maybe she should take a second to stop and think about the way SHE talks to me and acts towards me, and that might explain why I also get angry.
I honestly am never angry or irritated with her unless she is as well, and says something to piss me off.

10 minute "medium intensity" steady state on stairmaster, and then a 2 minute cool down

Decided to try barbell bench today instead of dumbbell... The result: benched 315 for the first time in my life. Until today I have never attempted over 275.

Leg was aching the whole time because I put like 2cc's of oil in my quad this morning and I haven't pinned that much at once since my last cycle lol.
 
315 for 3 after pendlays. Jesus my arms are usually trashed

It was tough especially doing barbell bench for the first time in so long, it felt weird... But honestly the back ad bicep exercises done before bench I feel actually gets me ready for benching

Haha well thanks for continuing the positivity when I couldn't! That **** killed my mood for the day lol, I mean at least I got 435 for 5 last week. I was just super pumped and think I psyched myself out today.

No kidding! I don't even know why I care so much about pulling a big number, just my ego I guess. I need to remind myself that I want big size, not big numbers. I think I'm going to focus on upping my volume over the next month or two and grow like a weed.

This is the single biggest decision in getting to your goals the fastest haha. And it sucks. I cant tell you how many people Ive worked with or know who flip flop evey month, week, or even every workout and end up spinning their wheels in both aspects.

I'm one of them, man. But honestly that's not the worst thing in the world, it kinda forces you to change up your workout style and avoid becoming stagnant. Change your rep ranges and whatnot. All important things to consider when trying to build muscle.
 
Hopping on that PES Genoflex to keep my knees from feeling like an old man's. At under $20 for a month's supply, how could I not? I've never used a joint support product before.

How long have you been on it?

Today is Day 9, I started it last Monday. I started noticing effects within the first 3 days, but the endurance aspect has really become noticeable over the last few days.

Decided to change up the workout, and ended up really liking it. I'll probably stick with this routine until Spring Break at the end of March.
