this is the period of super job, no schedules, I have to move tons of goods up and down stairs, vans etc. so even today I have been close to 50/20, with what I am finding really good, albeit with obvious added where needed.
chest always work out in short order because it is my strong point, and with a few series I can make a constructive wo.

my weight seems to have stabilized is 85,5kg. honestly at this weight I have never been so dry, I hope it is a good sign because it probably will skip the December competition and will make them in November ... so the time is short
