i was hospitalized a few weeks ago because of some virus i got that closed my throat. i was unable to eat for weeks. i lost 12 pounds and as a ectomorph on a bulk that was the last thing i wanted to hear or see. i went in to the hospital at over 150 pounds but now im at 139. i went on a much stricter bulk that is a high carb 6-2-2. im eating 8 meals a day and getting around 4200 cals a day suprisingly without a struggle. im only working out 3 times a week because i want to take things slow on my recovery and i dont want to burn up to many calories. i would like some suggestions on my diet and any tips or critisism would be greatly appreciated.

here is what my meal plans look like

630 am - 2 bottles of water and cell tech also eas weight gainer with whole milk

800 am - 2 bowls of oat meal and a bannana. 1 bottle of water.

10 am- a huge peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and a fruit.

12pm- 2 chicken breasts usually a corn dog or a sandwhich and yogurt. 2 bottles of water

2 pm protein shake and peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. and a bottle of water

4pm yogurt and hot dog and a bottle of water

6pm dinner usually has carbs such as past and meat like a steak or meatsauce. 2 bottles of water.

8pm weight gainer shake and 2 bottles of water


im in the loading phase on cell tech so i also have it after my workout.

i might put my alarm clock on to get in a extra meal at nught so i dont go so long without eating
 
You will get mixed opinions on cell-tech, but you have it so use it. I think overall, it looks ok. I might swap the hot dog for a cheeseburger, you can get more cals and better source of protein. Also, have you just got out of hospital and started eating again? If so, you might want to ramp up to that amount of food over a week or two. if you have been back for a while and eating like this a few days without adverse effects, then you should be ok.
 
unless you're going to bed at 10PM or later, i'd use that shake either pre or post workout - whichever one you're not doing now.

regardless, you'll get that weight back fairly quick if muscle memory kicks in :) just keep slugging away my fellow ecto.
 
i waited 3 weeks to start training and eating regularly again for obvious health reasons. im not sure about cell tech which is why i decided to try it plus i got an amazing deal on the tub.

what could i do to make this look better than ok. im also concerned about the high fats in the hot dog as it is and i think the fat in the chesseburger would put me above my ratios for the day. however with the loss of so much weight could extra fat the good kind not trans be a good thing?
 
also i take protein post workout immediatly after i take cell tech because it supposedly helps in protein synthesis i just didnt add that above
 
gained 6 pounds in 3 days im sure a lot of this is water retention due to the creatine but im also pounding down food like never before i calculated 4600 cals today. id say before i was eating maybe 2000 a day
