Just need some opinions on my back workout. I dont deadlift because of my lower back but other than that what do you think? Any suggestions would be appreciated:

T-Bar Rows - 3 Sets
Wide Grip Pulldowns - 4 Sets
DB Rows - 3 Sets

what are your goals? And training experience?

How about seated cable rows or seated back extensions? Reverse DB flyes on a flat or incline bench (or machine).

I'm def not trying to say u don't have legit back problems but I hear alot of people say I can't because of this and i can't because of that...if u are serious about lifting it's just something u have to do even if it's really light weight bro. I have/had lower back pain too but I refuse to not deadlift I just go as heavy as I can

Have you tried self myofascial release? I have severe low back pain when my hamstrings and hip flexors are impinged or tight. Trigger points are usually the culprit for most people when it comes to back pain. Roll your glutes, hams , and hip flexors, even your quads can play a role. I just think to bulk around a problem you could easily fix is asking for more pain and problems.
