back pumps

hi all im new to this , im doing a course of halovol at mo its my 4th week 75mg , im in so much pain with my lower back that im having trouble walking n sitting is there any thing i can get to help or do i just suffer
 
cheers guys , ive been feeling realy tired on the halovol would it be ok to take a test booster aswell (trib 650) is what i have

Not really going to help. You would be better off adding in some 4ad as a test base or dreamacrine.
