hi all im new to this , im doing a course of halovol at mo its my 4th week 75mg , im in so much pain with my lower back that im having trouble walking n sitting is there any thing i can get to help or do i just suffer

Taurine.. start with 1g and work up to see at what dose your back pumps cease..

Not really going to help. You would be better off adding in some 4ad as a test base or dreamacrine.
