Back pumps and lethargy......what helps?

While on Epi last time......it got real bad when I went to 40 and 50mg, and this second cycle coming up ( 2 weeks away), I'm gonna skip the 10, 20, 30, and just go 20 for a day or two, 30 the rest of the first week, then 40, 50, 50, ......so I'm expecting the back pumps and lethargy, but was wondering what to take to help those annoyances. Although I am happy to say those were the only two side effects I suffered, being my first AAS cycle ever.

And also, I have ZMA with tribulus, and was wondering if I should take that at night while on cycle or wait until I start PCT.

Thanks!!

Alot of people use taurine for the back pumps!!

Taurine for the back pumps; super cheap. A kilo for $17 :) Free shipping ends tonight btw.

I would take the ZMA while on cycle just because your body needs more minerals/nutrients while building muscle, and working out tends to use them up. It's better to be safe than sorry, and ZMA is cheap.

Sweet.....less than ten minutes and I have all the answers....Thanks!!!

So that should probably be spread through out the day I'm guessing? Some morning, noon, and night?

Thanks!

I would take 3g of taurine pre workout and 3g post. As for the DHEA I would start with 50mg am and 50mg pm then titrate up if needed.

Why didn't anybody say Potassium loaded fruits, such as banana's and orange's? I agree, Taurine helps, 3 grams a day for that, but those 2 fruits, plus a lot of water, should help with back pumps. As for the lethargy issue...complex carbs are your best friend. ;)
