Back on the supplements...Maybe

Hi all! I have not taken any type of HGH, Pre-workout, muscle building and or fat burners in the past 5 years. I am thinking about going back on them

i am currently 5'5 and at around 138lbs. I am trying to achieve 145lbs and have the hardest time losing the stubborn belly fat around my stomach area!

Since i have been doing cycles in the gym from 3 weeks of supersets

chest/back
bi/tri
shoulders/chest
legs/back

then cardio for a week

then 3 weeks of working just regular work outs

CHEST - 4 exercises at 4 sets each then onto TRI's 4 exercises at 4 sets
Back/BI... 4 exercises at 4 sets
then just shoulders 4 exercises at 4 sets
and last day just legs 4 exercises at 4 sets

I get quite tired in the gym so i was thinking about taking up JACK3D and HGHUP...

and FYI. I do take Myoplex Protein shake after a workout and
Core Nutritionals Core Mrp Choc

once or twice a day pending on if i am on the run or have no time.

and i take casein protein right before bed.

Also try to intake about 200 grams of protein a day at about 2500 cals

any recommendations on supplements and/or workouts?

anyone? anyone? anyone?.... ***Ferris Buellers Day Off

I would just start off with some basic PP creapure, beta alanine and protein then ease your way into other supplements once you start seeing plateaus and stuff. Amino Acids would also be good to have. iBCAA, Xtend, RecoverPro, LG BCAA+EAA

is jack3d and hghup too potent to start out with after such a long leave a absence without those types of supplements?

jacked maybe not...wouldnt start on the HGH up till you have started plateauing on other supps. Have you still been lifting?

and how old are you?

I would suggest what I said, but if you really want to start right away on that stuff I mean its not gonna hurt you.
