looks like he is just spazzing out on the floor but in a orderly fashion. It is cool how he is trying to do those pauses in the air but isnt able to hold himself up yet.

HIs dad has probably been teaching him it, I dont see how theres anyway he learned it on his own.

Insane agility, strenght and trick knowledge. I once met a 29 year old with some rare disease or disorder that physically looked like 2 years old, but with thte limited dexterity she wrote books. This child could maybe, possible have been stunted but i think its legit.
