-Everything was as usual
-Weight was at 195.8, my gains started big on Methyl-E and hve since been leveling out as my body is getting used to the 550g carbs/day I can see I'm much leaner/far less bloated in the stomach than I was a week ago at about 1lb higher in bodyweight

Notes
-So this is my first week using this workout plan, these weight were all just getting a feel for what I can do on a 3on 1 off plan
-on the db rows next week will be a better mark for where Im starting out at, I went a bit too light, regardless, since learning how to pull with back and with very little biceps I get a lot out of it, even at lower weights (learned that one from "A Day in the Dungeon" DVD. Something I hadnt picked up on in 5 years, nor had Mark Dugdale in his lifetime of lifting.

Product Notes
-Used 1 scoop of CL GlycerGrow during my workout to keep hyrdrated, its been up to 101 degrees here, so Im sweating on the constant.
-Nothing to note yet about the A-pct, its mostly just as insurance since my cycle was so short and dosed low. I am hoping to see benefits from the cordyceps, as the only other product with cordyceps Ive used is NOS ETHER which I dont believe has as high a dose as A-pct does
-I'll make an updated "all supps consumed" w/ GG added once I add mass fx and AD-XL.
-As ya'll can see this is more of a comprehensive stack review and training journal than a log/review of solely AX Advanced PCT.

So I was pretty fatigued during my workout, so I figured Id just cut it short and hit shoulder and tris tomorrow when a) Ill have a WO partner (unlike today) and b) the cute girl will be working at the gym instead of the old lady

-Using GlycerGrow has me up from 196 yesterday to 197 already today, I remember last yr when I used it I gained about 11lbs in a month.

thx, ill be updating daily. Ive ran like a million logs at bb so I thought I might as well start doing them here too. Ive always been fond of the AM community, its a little more "grown up" than over at bb.

Day 4 Shoulders and Tris

So as ya'll saw yesterday, I only hit chest, so instead of using today as a rest day I finished my "push workout". I'll still be hitting legs tomorrow.

Notes
-Just added french press to my routine, so its either that, or just the relatively heavy benching yesterday, but my skullys and haneys were lower than usual and I only got one superset as I couldnt go heavier for a second one
-The pump was REDICULOUS, stacking Glycergrow and Mass FX is producing nutty gains already. reminds me of cre-Ethyl thunder where I would actually go down in weights at the end from having such a pump that is on the verge of being painful.
-I was able to go heavier than usual on the seated press, usually 75lbs for 5 is my heaviest set
-I didnt weigh myelf today, I will tomorrow as GG usually loads me up with a few lbs right off the bat, I can notice my fullness is already superior to what it was a before starting GG three days ago
-No sides to report, feeling good, sweating like crazy

L, one of my all time favorites, him and Keith Sweat were prob my favorite artists growing up.
 
Due to unforeseen personal events I didnt lift the last two days, I did go in and play some basketball today and I weighed 199! I'm already up 3lbs (I contribute this mostly to the glycergrow). My muscle fullness is great.

I'll hit legs tomorrow morning.

so unfortunately I'll be discontinuing these supps today to let all these supps "clear out" of my system for my EST log in roughly a week.

I'll use this same stack as the post cycle for that stack and log it, so these supps will stil be logged in roughly 5 weeks. The cycle I'll be running is ditestinol and propadrol.

yea Im pretty excited to log the unreleased Ditestinol (as well a propadrol which Ive never ran), sorry for any who were following this log, but these supps will still be logged and in btween will be IMO an even more exciting log.
