yeah man it works for everyone on this board that does it. i do under 100 grams and exercise 4-5 times a week. if i was gonna train every day i would add a refeed day where ill eat some mashed red potatoes. one thing you will notice though is you'll drop up to 5-10 pounds of water when you stop eating excess glucose.
Im on a cut right now. Excersizing 5-7 days a week and taking in <50g. Seeing progress . ...contemplating adding a day where I refuel with some potatoes or brown rice
