8eggs 3 sausage, 6 peices of ham, 10 pepporoni. a cup of cheese and a lil pepper. that omlete was devoured by me 39min ago

On the menu today:

-Spanish style rice (brown) with spicy herbs including saffron, oregano, and 2 more I know not their translation for english
-Curry beef (only added cayenne pepper, ginger and some carbless curry blend I got) its ground beef 90/10
-Ezekiel bread with Sesame Tahini
-For desert: Apple+Banana

Man today was long day for the hulk we hit around 100 percent humidity and about 96 degrees. We were out at work loading boots in cages in the heat, thought I was going to lose 20lbs just today!! Now after 10 hr work shift I got to dress up and head to softball fields for double header 8 and 9 o'clock games!! I'm going to be slammed worn out by end of night!

Rehydrate, avoid stims after that, throw in food and some good sleep to recover. Most important would be to rehydrate completely though, water and electrolytes, since some of the main causes of fainting due to fatigue is dehydration and/or lack of oxygen to the brain...
