AVENGERS CREW LOG LINKS

It has been brought to my attention that the following was not left clear to all:

-I do not have a problem with Aaron at all, not personal whatsoever.
-Whats done is done
-I even apologized in our previous conversation PMs before all this happened, but it seems to NOT have worked at all.
-I'll say it again , whatever happened Aaron, as you can tell by the fact I did not respond to your jabs and offenses, I did NOT offend you, nor mean to do so in any way, again and publicly with everyone to see I offer you (once again) an open apology.
-I express again that even though I was threatened, this is water under the bridge, as I even mentioned in the conversation we had before you brought it up here, I let go of that and still respect you and think solid of you, I still hold respect and esteem for you.
-I do NOT mean to cause any trouble for Aaron or the Avengers, and shall they both wish I can leave them both alone and steer clear of their ways.
-I am not doing this statement for my own benefit, merely brought up by a brother, that its best to clarify stuff.

HawkEye was known for being in and out all the time...He shall be back when he is needed and he can finish his work atm haha Buried in still 20%~ more stuff to get together.

lol I jest, but I will say that because of AM, I have met some very nice people, made a few friends and I certainly have been entertained. They truly believe in the notion of inspiring and supporting eachother.


AM has become my go-to place whenever I have a free moment to catch up with logs, mines and others, to ask and to share. You put out the call and the avengers will answer. So with that said, welcome to the forum and the Avengers team!

Pffffff you? I'm at a mandatory nutrition and health training and I'm fighting with the teacher left and right!!!! Ughhhh so far these are what I've argued with her about

1.deadlifts and squats do more harm then good for muscle building

2. Sugar turns into fat no matter when or how much is eaten so like she said "20g of sugar will turn into 20g of body fat"

3. Anymore then 60-80g of protein a day will destroy your kidneys

4. Fat is bad for you and only small serving of almonds and peanut butter is acceptable

2 hours of this crap now I have another 1 left ugh!!! I said where did you learn this crap she said this is out of some teaching guide and she doesn't actually teach this stuff she's just relating info
