Tell em big C just not me haha i hate them as well. I've never been one to do it since high school when i gained all the weight it really tore me from being able to do much. That and my shoulder surgery this Jan, but it's starting to heal up so about to be no more excuse time.

Side note: I'm in the middle of buying a new home with my fiancée; been a long annoying process of stops and starts. Trying to lift and post between all the phone calls, texts, and meeting with my realtor. If I drop out of conversations now and then, that's probably why!
