Athlytes ATP Question

I sweat alot during practice but i train for sprints so my practices are rarely longer than an hour and a half. I was just wondering if i could use it before practice for endurance and how fast would it act/ suggesting time to take it?

Also, could i use it during practice or is the time span of an hour too short?

- I have read that electrolyte levels rise shortly during the start of practice then decrease as sweating continues so i am basically asking if taking such an electrolyte product would benefit me. Thanks for any answers!
 
2 caps 20-30 mins before training should do great and then another 2 caps in the middle of training or after w/o......I generally consume about 1-2 litres with athlytes while training and I'm around 220.

BTW have you tried the other MST line of products, I think Cre02 would be a great add-on to your training regime.

nice post. I personally would also take 2 pre as well as 2 post unless you're a bigger fella in which case i'd up the dosage.
 
if you are allowed to bring/use a water bottle, you can open the caps up and put them in the bottle.

Ehh... i heard about this from someone but i'm not a fan of opening up what's supposed to be swallowed whole.

I suppose it won't lose any potency/digestibility if done this way?

to be honest, i'm actually not sure about losing any effiacy on this one. I know that Mil1 suggests taking our pills as pills....but whether or not it would lose anything i'm not certain.

Im sure it would taste like sour butt though :sick:
 
they are electrolytes, and capping them makes it easier for some as it is easily portable, and there is no need for having to mask the flavor.
you'll be fine, just don't start filling up a bunch of bottles in your frig. Pour some into a bottle prior to your event

I would advise anyone who is entertaining the offer to pop a cap or two or athlytes to just not do it.......trust me :crazy:

Yeah it wasn't to appealing with water, it was someone took a sock, wrung it out *sweat and all* with a very small trace smell/taste of B vitamins. I've come to the conclusion that M1 has his products capped for a reason * the ones that need to be capped *, Imagine chugging down Cordyceps.

lmao omg! That would be sick; i just saw a youtube video about how cordyceps fungi are grown.
