Athletix Sports Sponsored Log Round 2

Wrong log brotha! lol Love the review tho, glad you loved this stack 99% of everyone who runs Athletix products love it, Athletix is still underrated on the forum, more people should be running this stuff:)

YEA OURS is so closely named I got mixed up.. I will fix it though.

Last Night was my last dose of Lico.

Final Thoughts - For me at least it made no noticible diffrence using 2 or 3 at a time, stick to 2 :)

I had no issues with dry joints of overly dry skin, In my case i would say this is exactly the same experience I had with OG Erase. I lost what i have to assume is a little water the first week, but after that weight for more or less stable. I need to wait for tomorrow to do a final weigh in and then check my body fat levels. It is looking like i am by measurements at least right where i was. Now in the mirror I can see changes, so I am not ruling out the possiblity that i managed to some how gained some mass / lose some fat.

All things considered with how stressed I have been - I'm happy to have made any progress.

I wish i could say i had huge gains or loss of fat, but that does not change my opinion of Lico - I would have no issue reccomending it. It is a solid product for sure!

This isnt the last post i will keep logging to see if any changes come about in the next few weeks. Thanks for following, and thanks to JD and Athletix for the chance!

Thanks for the final review and taking the time out to log for us! I think you would like the Lico/D1/Formula-X stack a lot more then just the lico alone, but even Lico alone is a great AI for those who don't want sore joints.

With Formula-x I don't doubt it. :) Truthfuly though I didn't have any real luck with the run of Div-1 and Titanium-XL.

Good review bro enjoyed it and I agree on Lico wicked good.

Current BF % estimate puts me down at 11% even so was in mid 12%s at the start of the log.

While it is an estimate, start and end readings were done by the same person using the same tables, so it does show a downward trend, with not all that much weight loss, once you take out the drops / gains. If I can keep this up and drop down another 1.5% and stay in the mid 160's you will hear no complaints from me even if it takes another 2 months :)
