1/2 cup ice


Airborne42
1/2 cup whole milk
1 vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3 ice cubes
Half an orange
1 scoop vanilla whey

Yea man it was quite tasty. With the tweaks I placed into it (which imo didn't change it that much) it clocked in at around 1000 cals! The taste was great. I forgot to mention in the video I already had the vanilla added into the milk that was in there. Nice, slightly sweet, fruity, and chocolatey!

The reason I chose your shake was due to it being a gainer. Being in a bulk it was right up my alley. Although I did pop 2 recompadrol beforehand haha!

That's the plan. Not sure where I'm at yet. The scale at the gym I go to had its calibration off. At zero it wasn't level and was actually touching the bottom so I wasn't stepping on that. My guess is 230lbs atm.

after you blend all that throw some ice in and blend a bit again.

its easy and fast to make. its my go to post workout shake. absolutely delicious!

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
lil bit of flax seeds
either water or skim milk is fine
after you blend all that throw some ice in and blend a bit again.

its easy and fast to make. its my go to post workout shake. absolutely delicious!

its very delicious too! give it a try one day when you bored. I always make it for me and mates when we come back from the gym and they all love it.

That was epic bro, like I said before, your a PRO at the videos!

It just comes so easily to me man. I just talk to the camera like I'm talking to a friend. I try to hold back on the language but sometimes the F bombs just come out ya know ;) I hope Mr. Marc liked his shoutout for his shake, along with shoutouts to packers, yourself JD, Airborne, AaronJP1 and TFLifting!

Congrats AaronJP1 and TFLifting. I'll mull my decision overnight as to whose shake was the best, in my opinion. Gonna be such a hard choice they are both very good shake ideas.... grrrr....
