Let me know. Sorry no update. Went white water rafting yesterday all-day . So that was like 5 hrs of HIIT cardio. Lol. My whole body is trashed today.
Holy If I dont make it to the gym today im gonna snap!!. I have been so busy but I still need my gym. Somethings I need to update are my current stack.

Somethings I need to note. I dont know if it is the licogenix making me feel this way but I feel like a old man, My bones hurt everywhere!. My back and my legs , shoulders. Im telling you the morning are aweful. I have been going pretty hard the past 2 weeks from sunrise to bedtime so maybe that is multiplying that .
Damn yesterday was a great leg day and Im paying for it today.
Squats! I did bench squats today. Going down to where my but hits and then back up.

I tried 275 and got 3 but its was just too much pressure on lower back for my liking.

I was wanting to hit abs and cardio but I was doing good just to walk back to locker room.
I know I need to hit legs harder than what I have so I tried to hit them as hard as I could.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Alright So my past couple weeks I have been hit or miss. I had family obligations . Well Now my kids are back in GA and I am here and only have to worry about a great wife and work. So TOday Is the start of a new day!.
