Athletic Cycle

1-2 units of HGH M-W-F
1-2 units of Insulin M-W-F
250mgs of test prop M-W-F
150mgs of tren ace M-W-F
(small dose of Epo the first 2 weeks)

Results were outstanding!!!! Blood work coming up soon. We are ready to compete.

Could you imagine training track and field events on Tren lmao
[/QUOTE]

Very easily. Number 1 compound for speed/power athletes.

Knighton, the 2023 World Championship 200m silver medalist, tested positive for a metabolite of trenbolone during an out-of-competition drug test on March 26 and was provisionally suspended on April 12, the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) said in a statement.

Zero side effect at those amounts 150mgs 6 weeks.

It is having some negative impact; it’s just a net positive for you.

If you don’t need the glucorticoid inhibition/anti-catabolism and extra anabolism, ie you’re trying to lose or gain any weight and strictly interested in force production, replace your total weekly dose with Tren No Ester administered an hour or so before your sprinting. If you don’t think you have any impact now, imagine what you could be like with something that is only in the system for a few hours but yields even more acute aggression & neurology.

Best of luck

I actually take test suspension, modafinil, and t3 inseason/pre meet. I tried cheque drops pre meet but it hinder my sprinting tech.
Thanks for the help!! You sound like you have a clue regarding peds and athletics.

I had to check my other supplier.. He carries tren suspension. Def going to look at this because the detection time of tren ace is 4-5 months this could be a game charger.

Make sure you are taking 3-600mg of AlphaGPC whenever using the mod; it’s going to rip through your choline supply (read: necessary substrate for neurology/power production).

I would suggest always using AlphaGPC pre-sprinting and either heavy or explosive weight training, for that matter. It will make you stronger, and as a bonus less brain fog/faster mental recovery. NOW Foods makes an exceptional product; many brands only offer the cheaper 50% form, so don’t get duped by cheaper price tags on them.

If you can get Tren suspension, that’s definitely even better than no-ester. No ester oil still has PIP & needs harsh solvents anyway.

You really like GPC you recommended it to me before.

Any other suggestions on all natural athletic enhancers? Creatine, Ripfactor and AlphaGpc are a few that peak my interest since I see they have real world studies done on people.

Definitely creatine mono (or HCL if mono is poorly tolerated), AlphaGPC, active form of a B complex daily (optimize natural blood production & energy metabolism).

PeakO2 and Beta Alanine if endurance is needed. 2-400mg Ubiquinol, especially taken preWO. 20-40mg PQQ if you are rich.

Magnesium, any of the active forms will help muscle function. Obviously lots of zinc for immune, test support, necessary IGF1 substrate. Those minerals and the B complex are background players, but they are affordable and so globally relevant that if you pass on them, you are not serious about optimization at all.

If you don’t mind injections, L-Carnitine. Some would say that isn’t natural. But it is healthy, it’s not hormonally suppressive, and it can help.

Caffeine to legal sport limit, or tolerance, at least in competition & more intense training sessions. Sometimes adding L-theanine can let people tolerate much more.

If you can "qualify" athletic enhancers more it would probably be a little easier to narrow it down. There are actually probably more with "real world studies done on people" depending on what kind of bar you set on that statement than people realize.

It is going to be easier to suggest if you define what you mean by athletic enhancers, which I only bring up because athletic enhancement is such a broad term. Probably means more "strength", since that is what most people tend to mean when they speak about it on this forum, but even then things that work more acutely are going to be a different recommendation versus things that may be more beneficial for your long term training adaptations that will be built in training that should enhance athletic performance and may widely differ depending on goals, training style, etc.

I know that was a bit of a ramble just think it is important to point out since a lot of times you'll hear "that isn't very effective", when it really is just because someone tried to use it for improving markers of performance that they didn't actually train for.

Example of something relevant would be like this study: Invalid Link Removed

Alpha-GPC and Citrulline helped improve peak power and time to fatigue, but it is in cyclists so it may be important to see how your training and goals relate.

I'd be glad to highlight more though depending on what you are looking for.
I'm thinking in terms of explosive strength. Vertical, leap, 10 yard sprint...

Do you take GPC everyday or only prior to sessions. In the past I have only taken on speed days and prior to races.

Generally only on training days, then SNS choline citrate on off days (it’s cheaper and the powder tastes good added to flavored drinks, makes it a little sour).

When my wife is going to contest, I add AlphaGPC in daily for her the last week or so. I don’t worry about this for myself as much, because the week I’m going to contest I am adding Anadrol or some kind of fast androgen in daily that’s going to have a far more prominent effect than taking extra AlphaGPC. But a woman does not have the luxury of temporarily abusing androgens in such a fashion.

And anyone needing to cap androgens should consider the daily AlphaGPC use in a competitive scenario.
