We still appreciate the feedback and you trying it . Sounds like it might be MRI time.Injury was three years ago. I've used low weight, high rep shoulder exercises for a long time because of it. I don't do the 5x5 routine often or for more than like 6 weeks at a time. Thought maybe I could do it again with the aid from this supplement, but it's not looking to work out that way.
