asteroid stack??

Ive been taking asteroid stack and jack3d for about 4 days and ive been noticing that after the gym i feel kinda clammy and get like cold sweats. i take 2 powerfull on empty stomach, then 10mins later i take the jack3d. Is this normal???

Not that I have heard. How is your water intake?
Your pre-workout meal - How much carbohydrate does it contain?
 
My water intake is good, i try to drink a full gallon a water a day and i have no idea how many cards i take in. I try to eat at least 5 meals a day with like 2 clif protein bars.
Some chicken,broccoli, and rice and beans.

I felt the worst yesterday and i didn't get a chance to eat. Just got off work and took 2 powerfull and jack3d and went to the gym.
 
my two cents.. you need to have a great diet to run any stack and for this stack your diet better be spot on..

Ok do you think this would be good?

Morning-protein shake, clif bar and an orange(not a big eater in the morning.

Lunch-chicken or turkey sandwich with rice and beans and broccoli or green beans

Before workout protein shake, chicken,rice and beans and broccoli or green beans

After workout-chicken,rice and beans and broccoli or green beans

Dinner- what ever my parents make
 
Why the cliff bars? They are crap compared to alot of other bars like chef jay's or even ABB. Truth be told bars are pretty hard to digest, your better off with a mrp or half an mrp as a snack or just replace with a small food snack. Also, I would do a small snack pre workout and an MRP or protein shake post work out. the steak and potatoes don't belong at the end of the day. Try and keep the complex carbs limited to prior to 3-5pm if you don't want excess body fat, starchy pre-workout meal is ok if you are working out after this time.
 
im lactose intolerance, the clif bars taste good and i dont get sick from them.
And whats MRP?
And i usually go to the gym around 5-6pm since i work from 6:30am to 4pm
