My water intake is good, i try to drink a full gallon a water a day and i have no idea how many cards i take in. I try to eat at least 5 meals a day with like 2 clif protein bars.
Some chicken,broccoli, and rice and beans.
I felt the worst yesterday and i didn't get a chance to eat. Just got off work and took 2 powerfull and jack3d and went to the gym.
