Invalid Link RemovedTheses types of products(PDE5 Inhibitors) can actually lower blood pressure that's why they aren't recommended to be used with alpha-blocking medication. The side effect I got from Aspire was a stuffy nose and a raging bone:lol:.
can i cause nose bleeds?
i tried one and the next morning, i went to blow my nose and it started bleeding? i dunno.. could it be cos of this? i get nose bleeds like once a year if that?
just curious
ive tried viagra, cialis and no issues
it wasnt a big bleed, stopped after a 5-10 seconds..
next time ill try, ill scope it out..

Most things are not specific PDE5 inhibitors, but can have minor activity in the other PDE isoforms.
You could have a sensitivity to the ingredient profile, resulting in dilation of the blood vessels in your sinuses (perhaps one cause of one of the reported side effects) and increased propensity to have nosebleeds.
You could try Aspire Lite, but I would give the regular Aspire another shot.
Good call dsade as this is most likely the cause. Dilation of blood vessels in your sinus cavity will increase the risk of vasculature wall perforation by excessive force or pressure applied(blowing your nose/sneezing) Heck just having a dry sinus cavity also impairs vascular wall integrity and can cause a nosebleed fairly easily.
Still...my bet is on the excess finger pressure while plucking out goblins.
