Aspire36- my thoughts

I got side effects. WAY TOO MANY! It elevated my heart rate almost 20 points, stuffed up my nose and made me feel like I was hung over the next day. Also, makes you feel flushed and hot. Very uncomfortable.

I DID get hard, though--harder than I've been in 20 years. BUT the side effects aren't worth it. There's got to be something better with fewer side effects.

I would recommend giving Aspire Light a try, it's slightly milder for those who wish to enjoy the benefits of Aspire.

1) Like Trip suggested, you might want to try Aspire Lite.
2) You might consider taking some Advil
3) Add some potent antioxidant to 2) above. This should help with the dramatic and sudden increases in nitric oxide synthesis that trigger higher-than-normal free-radical assault.

Thats a good point..NOS is a two way street. It has benefits and free radical damage. I am a big fan of co-Q 10, and Alpha lipoic acid(NA isomer)
