Does anyone know the best way to cook these? I am not big on this stuff, but I need it in my diet. I tried it a really long time ago, and almost puked. I was thinking about grilling it. If I were to, what's the best way? How would I season it if any?
I eat asparagus all the time. I usually put it in some aluminum foil with some evoo, garlic, pepper and even some garlic salt. then throw them on the grill for a little while (until they are mostly soft) and enjoy.
I will give it a try this weekend and see how it turns out. Hope its good. I would really love to be able to eat it. We shall see. I will post results upon taste test.
