ASGT and PUMP

Ok so I know I have to wait 1.5-2 hours after I ate to take pump but is it ok to take ASGT after I ate or take ASGT, eat, and then 1.5-2 hours later take pump
 
Come on anybody! I gotta hit the gym and then go back to lab

Take ASGT on an empty stomach to get full effects of the stim properties, then take Anad Pump about 25-30 min later.

Now go to the gym and then the lab . . . hurry, hurry

The gym closes early at this damn college and I'm almost done with everything in my lab but there is a huge presentation and meeting on Wednesday and nobody can help me cause they don't even know how to do the sh!t I'm doing. But thanks for the help

Ok that sounds good. There just some days that a MOFO don't have that extra time and there got to be a way to take these sups and still be affective.
