I use the single arm landmine row regularly, because I don't have dumbbells in my home gym... I find I can really focus on using my back a lot better than with dumbbells...
 
I do use and like the meadows rows. You can really switch up the angles

Just hit back today and tried out both versions of landmine rows...

I feel it great in my lats. Way better than any other type of exercise I've tried.
