Article: Understanding And Avoiding Shoulder Impingement

Seems like my PT regimen exactly. Did this last fall and haven't had shoulder issues since. The humbling thing is using 2.5-5lb hand weights for the "T" and "Y" exercises on a Swiss ball. It really does build up the supporting muscles to give your rotator cuff the support it needs. The rotations are also necessary, even at lower weights.

Looking forward to my impingement mending in the next week or two. The strength lost on pressing movements is embarrassing!
