Dumbell press beats barbell press, unless you actually want to move some weight. It might be safer but so what? What's the world record for a dumbbell press? No-one cares. And pinning the scapula as you call it, (I call it setting up for a bench press) isn't about "isolating the chest", it's about moving some heavy a** weight. Attempting a big lift without setting up correctly is how people get injured, not vice versa. You got some nerve calling this misinformation "truths". I agree that bench dips are stupid though. And I also agree that overhead press rocks. I did 135 today (for lots of reps) just like the guy in the pic. I had my shirt on though.
