Attempting a big lift without setting up correctly is how people get injured, not vice versa. You got some nerve calling this misinformation "truths". I agree that bench dips are stupid though. And I also agree that overhead press rocks. I did 135 today (for lots of reps) just like the guy in the pic. I had my shirt on though.
