I totally agree with this entire article. Well said. And its not just because we're bodybuilders
looking for a way out, but you're rite, they did the research on people who some are already obese, being cared for and who are probably still eating processed bacon, sausages, butter.margarine etc., along with these eggs. Lots of variables were left open.
Do the same research on healthy athletes eating a clean diet who consume say 3-5 whole
eggs daily and I'll maybe believe it..but then again, 1/3 population (athletes included) could already have high cholesterol due to liver so they would have to test and do some screening before hand...but nobody's going to fund it. Eggs are just great, I never felt better.
